Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returns due to change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent (whether used or new, as applicable) and in its original packaging.
Warranty Information

AnexMiner-manufactured products: Covered by a 90-day warranty.

Products manufactured by third parties: Covered by a 30-day warranty.
Repairs & Restocking Fees for Defective Items

If a product is defective beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services for a fee (parts + labor).

If the item is defective and the customer refuses repair, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for returns.

If we repair and return the product, no restocking fee applies.

If the customer cancels after repair completion, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
Damage or Lost Orders

Orders are covered by Navidium shipping insurance if selected at checkout.

If insured items are lost or damaged during shipping, customers must file a claim via support@anexminer.org with details before shipping the item back.
Return Process

Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
