This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through AnexMiner.org, the official website of Shenzhen Tianfeng International Technology Co., Ltd. (https://tianfengtechnology.com)

By purchasing from AnexMiner.org, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns & Restocking Fees

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Returns due to change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

  • Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent (whether used or new, as applicable) and in its original packaging.

Warranty Information

  • AnexMiner-manufactured products: Covered by a 90-day warranty.

  • Products manufactured by third parties: Covered by a 30-day warranty.


Repairs & Restocking Fees for Defective Items

  • If a product is defective beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services for a fee (parts + labor).

  • If the item is defective and the customer refuses repair, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for returns.

  • If we repair and return the product, no restocking fee applies.

  • If the customer cancels after repair completion, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.


Damage or Lost Orders

  • Orders are covered by Navidium shipping insurance if selected at checkout.

  • If insured items are lost or damaged during shipping, customers must file a claim via support@anexminer.org with details before shipping the item back.

Return Process

  • All return claims must be approved via email. Please contact support@anexminer.org

    • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

    • Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

    • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Perishable goods, consumables, or food

    • Hardware wallets, seed key backups

    • Intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, services, or support packages

    • Health and personal care items

    • Gifts and promotional items

    Do not return items directly to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed.


    Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

    Partial refunds may be issued if:

    • Items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

    • Returns are made after 30 days from delivery.


    Refunds

    • Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card provider (refunds may take time to post).

    3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

  • Sale Items

    • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

    • Sale items are non-refundable.


    Gifts

    • If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value.

    • If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


    Cryptocurrency Payments

    • Payments made with cryptocurrency are non-reversible.

    • In cases of returns or cancellations, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.


    Customs & Taxes

    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

    • If a package is lost or returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.
