Introduction

AnexMiner.org offers optional commercial insurance services through a third-party insurance company, arranged by an authorized insurance agent. This coverage is designed to protect your shipment against specific transportation risks.

Please note that:

  • The claim process and final compensation are determined by the third-party insurance provider.

  • All claims are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.

  • Compensation will only be issued to you once AnexMiner.org has received the corresponding payout from the insurance provider.

Coverage – You Will Be Compensated If:

  • Your package is lost due to lightning strikes, fires, or severe weather affecting the flight or vessel.

  • Your package is lost due to collision, overturning, falling, or other transportation accidents occurring under the responsibility of the third-party logistics company.

Exclusions – Insurance Will Be Void If:

  • The third-party logistics company marks the shipment status as “Delivered” on their tracking system.

  • The package was damaged before shipping.

  • Loss or damage is caused intentionally by the recipient.

Premium Rate

The insurance premium is calculated as follows:

$15 ≤ Premium ≤ (Sum insured × 0.2%)

How to Purchase Insurance

Insurance may be purchased at the time of placing your order with AnexMiner.org. You may select this option during checkout to ensure your shipment is covered.

Compensation Amount

  • Deductible ratio: 10%
    OR

  • Deductible amount: $150 (whichever is greater).

⚠️ Note: The final compensation amount is determined solely by the third-party insurance company and is subject to their policy terms and conditions.

Policy Updates

The summary of these Insurance Terms may be updated at any time by the third-party insurance provider. AnexMiner.org will update the published summary if notified of any changes.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should refrain from purchasing the insurance plan.
