Payment addresses will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure you send the exact amount to the correct wallet address.

Important Payment Notes

  1. Exact Amounts – Always send the exact cryptocurrency amount shown at checkout. Overpayments and underpayments may delay order processing.

  2. Correct Network – Double-check that you are sending on the correct blockchain (e.g., ERC20 vs. TRC20). Wrong-network transactions may result in permanent loss.

  3. Transaction Fees – Network fees (gas/transaction fees) must be covered by the customer. Please account for this when sending payment.

  4. Final & Irreversible – Once confirmed on the blockchain, payments cannot be reversed. Refunds, when applicable, are issued according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only in cryptocurrency and sent to the original wallet used for payment.

  • Refund amounts may differ due to market price fluctuations between the time of payment and refund.

  • Refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined in our Order Terms & Refund Policy.

Security Reminder

  • Always verify the wallet address on our official website (AnexMiner.org) before making a payment.

  • Never send payments to wallet addresses shared via unofficial channels (such as Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp).

  • Keep your private keys secure — we will never ask for them.

To ensure transparency, all cryptocurrency orders go through the following status stages:

1. Pending Payment

  • Checkout has been completed, but payment is still outstanding.

  • Customers must complete payment within 1 hour.

  • If no payment is received, the order is automatically cancelled.

2. Blockchain Pending

  • This status appears after you have sent your crypto payment.

  • The transaction is waiting for blockchain confirmations.

  • We are monitoring the blockchain until the payment is verified.

3. Processing

  • We have received the full payment and accepted your order.

  • Your order is being prepared for shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the subject line:
    “[AnexMiner]: New Order #*”.

4. Cancelled

  • If payment is not completed within 1 hour, the order will be cancelled automatically.

  • If you send payment after cancellation, the system will not automatically update the order.

  • In this case, please contact us via support@anexminer.org

  • Once payment is fully confirmed, the order will be moved to On Hold, waiting for shipment.
    When shipping begins, the status will update to Processing.
